Horchata

 Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup rice

1 large cinnamon stick

4 cups hot water

1 cup sugar

3 cups milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 can sweet and condensed milk

1 Tbsp vanilla

2 cups water

Ice


Method:

Add first three ingredients to a glass bowl, soak for 4 hours.  Blend in sugar until smooth, strain into a pitcher.  Add milks, vanilla, and water.  Stir until smooth.  Add Ice then Serve.  So delicious!
