Ingredients:
1 c arrowroot powder or potato starch
1 c grated cheese
1/2 c butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Method:
Mix powder, salt and pepper, add butter and cheese to form dough. If it's too dry add more butter, if too wet add more powder. Roll into a log, wrap in parchment paper and chill for 1 hour. Cut into 1/2-inch rounds. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy hot or store for weeks.
