A Friend of mine, Camille, gave me this recipe which she made for a pot luck. It is soooo delicious.
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c butter
1 large can of pumpkin
6 eggs
2 c canned milk
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix dry cake mix and butter until crumbly. Set aside. Beat eggs slightly. Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk until smooth. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover the mixture with the cake mix.
Bake at 350 for 50 mins.
Cool, cut into squares and serve with real whipping cream.
