8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 C. peanut butter

1 C. packed brown sugar

1/4 C. milk

Whip all ingredients together. Serve with sliced apples.

Cream Cheese Chicken- from Aunt Leah

Ingredients: 6 frozen chicken breasts 1 cube butter 1 pkt Italian seasoning mix (the seasonings you put in Italian salad dressing) 8 oz cream cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup Method: In a crock pot place chicken breasts with butter and seasoning packet. Cook on medium for 5 hours. During last 1/2 hour add cream cheese and soup. Let cook 1/2 hour more. Stir mixture at the end. Serve over noodles or rice. *You can make your own Italian seasoning blend, it's easy to purchase but healthier to make your own.

Beef Stock

Ingredients: Beef bones Whole Garlic with skin Whole onion with skin Horseradish Water to cover bones Lemon Peppercorns Any other desired beefy spices Method: Combine everything in a large pot or slow cooker. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 2 days. Drain broth and discard solid parts. Drink broth for healthy and digestion or add to beef stock dishes.

Granola Bars

2 C. rolled oats 1/4 C. packed brown sugar 1/2 C. wheat germ 3/4 t. ground cinnamon 1 C. whole wheat flour 3/4 t. salt 3/4 C. of something special* (raisins, craisins, etc.) 1/4 C. flax seeds 1/4 C. honey (plus or minus some) 1 egg, beaten 1/2 C. vegetable oil 2 t. vanilla extract Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. (I usually double or triple it and make it on a cookie sheet - aka jelly roll pan.) Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients, and then add to dry ingredients. Press the mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bars begin to turn golden at the edges. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars while still warm. Do not allow the bars to cool completely before cutting, or they will be too hard to cut.
