German Pancakes

This is the new favorite at our house! The boys call these puffy pancakes and they love watching them cook as they slowly puff up on the edges. They love eating them too, Rock devoured his whole plate within minutes the first time I made them!
6 eggs
1 C. Milk
1 C. Whole Wheat Flour
5 T. Butter
1/4 t. Cinnamon
1/8 t. Salt
1 1/4 t. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place butter in a 9x13 pan and place in oven to melt. Whip eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour batter into pan of melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are starting to lightly brown. Serve with sprinkled powdered sugar and warm maple syrup.

This picture is only a half recipe, I was just making it for the boys so I made it in a smaller pan.
