Amazing Rich Black Brownies

I put this recipe together after watching several videos, and I loved them so much. We made brownie sundaes with them... I needed to share with you.  They turned out absolutely incredible.  They don't even make me dizzy like some desserts do.  Goodbye boxed brownie mixes!

Ingredients:

3 cubes of unsalted butter

1 cup semi sweet chocolate

1 1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 cup coconut sugar

2 1/2 cups granulated sugar

2 tsp vanilla paste or extract

6 eggs

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup milk chocolate chips

Method:

Brown butter in a small sauce pan.  When the butter is golden brown remove from heat, pour into a mixing bowl.  Set oven to 350 degrees F. Add the semi sweet chocolate chips to the butter to melt. Add the cocoa powder and sugar to the mixture until dissolved.  When the mixture is cool enough, add the vanilla, eggs, and salt.  Mix until smooth.  Add the flour and milk chocolate chips and mix until barely combined and shiny.  Line a 13"X9" glass baking dish with parchment paper.  Pour the brownie mixure in and spread to all the sides.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.  Should be pulling away from sides and not jiggly in the middle when done.  Let cool in the dish, pull out with the parchment paper and cut with a wet knife into 15 squares.  Top brownie with ice-cream and Nutella and whipped cream and bananas and maraschino cherries!  Tasted like heaven with a cherry on top.
