Ingredients:
3/4 c raw cashews, soaked for 20 min and rinsed
1/2 c water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and serve over salad or noodles.
