Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp grain free baking powder
1 cup gluten free flour
1/4 cup pure baking chocolate chopped into small chunks
Method:
Mix together oil and sugar until smooth, add syrup and milk. Mix together dry ingredients, then mix everything together, roll into balls, bake at 350 degrees F for 10 min. Makes about 1 dozen cookies.
