Ingredients:
Fettuccine or Linguine noodles
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic
4 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 cups parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Boil/cook noodles separately, drain. In another medium size pot, place butter and cream over low heat, melt together, add garlic and Italian seasoning and raise heat to boil, once boiling turn heat off and add the parmesan cheese, stir until melted. Add noodles to sauce and stir to coat all the noodles in sauce, serve immediately.
At the minimum, for my Italian Seasoning, I mix together the following dry herbs: 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp basil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder
My family loves this recipe, it's usually served with garlic bread and roasted veggies.
