Cranberry Rice

3/4 cup white, medium

grain rice

1½ cup water

2½ cups 1% milk

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp granulated

sugar

1 tsp kosher salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon powder for

topping

Dried cranberries for

topping

Butter for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a medium size pot, add rice and water and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a gentle simmer, cover and leave for 10 minutes, or until all the rice is soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients, Serve warm
