Butterscotch rice crispys

Ingredients: 

1 cup sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

6 cups rice crispy cereal

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup butterscotch chips


Method:

Melt sugar and light corn syrup in a pot until it comes to a boil.

Take off the heat and mix in Peanut Butter

Stir in rice crispy cereal.

Press into a 9x11 inch pan lined with parchment paper.

Heat semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl, spread on the top. 

Once it cools, pull out of pan to cut on a cutting board.
