Almond Coconut KIND Bars

These are so yummy!!!

5 1/3 cups of Almonds (I used slivered, sliced and whole almonds chopped up)
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup unsweetened shaved coconut
1 cup rice cereal
1 cup honey
1/3 cup ground flax seed
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Line jellyroll pan with parchment paper. 
Dump mixture onto pan and press down to the sides of the pan. Bake for 18 minutes. 
Pull out and allow to cool before cutting into bars. Then wrap with plastic wrap and store in airtight container. Enjoy!!!
