Banana Pancakes

I had 5 super ripe bananas one day, so I looked up a recipe on how to make banana balls. You deep fry them in oil. If the oil isn't hot enough then the dough will become greasy and if the oil is too hot, then the dough will brown really fast and it won't be cooked on the inside. So I thought that sounds easy enough. I was mistaken, no matter what I did they looked greasy and the insides weren't done. I said, "Forget this!" I threw in a couple eggs, a couple cups of whole wheat flour, and a few other things and this dough turned into my new recipe for banana pancakes. NO MORE DEEP FRYING FOR ME!!!

5 ripe bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
Put in the blender and puree, pour into a medium size bowl and add the following:
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
More milk, enough to make pancake batter consistency,
whisk together then stir in:
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

This recipe doesn't need any oil, they are very moist and the best part, no deep frying, and my kids love them, they don't like all the banana stuff, so maybe it's because they are pureed. Quick and easy way to use up ripe bananas. (I make these now with honey and no chocolate chips to stay Sugar Free)
