My son doesn't like to eat oatmeal EVERY morning so here is a great idea for "how to eat oatmeal," shake form.
1 cup Frozen watermelon (my son's request, any fruit will do, just make sure it's frozen)
1 cup Milk
1 large handful of old fashioned Quaker oatmeal
1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
Add Spinach to create a balanced meal since spinach is essentially flavorless; not colorless.
That's it. The kids love it!
Blend everything in blender until smooth.
